About Us
My name is Claire and together with my husband Stuart we run Little Pawz. We live in Bonnyrigg with our kids Erin and Joshua, our dog Georgie, Coco our Ragdoll cat and our tropical fish!
and our horse Jarvis is nearby in Rosewell.
Little Pawz was initially set up in 2010 by myself, with Stuart joining us in 2011.
Meet the Team
Claire
After 8 years service with Lothian & Borders Police I decided to start up my own dog walking business back in 2010. It has always been my dream to work with dogs full time. I walked dogs as a teenager, worked in kennels, worked in the local pet shop and do voluntary work with dog rescue charities. I am passionate about dogs, cats and horses. I have a keen interest in dog behaviour and take part in seminars wherever I can. I absolutely love running our successful little business and realise I am incredibly lucky to love my job even after ten years! I also volunteer for Fife Rottweiler Rescue helping to do admin work, and home checks where I can.
Stuart
After the incredible success Little Pawz experienced in its first year of business, Stuart joined Little Pawz in 2011. Stuart had previously worked as a welder, however had never felt passionate about the work. Stuart has had dogs since his childhood, having a real soft spot for boxers! He now absolutely loves his job and the dogs love him! Stuart is solely responsible for creating our puppy play park and agility items, he loves to add to the park to keep the dogs stimulated and having a great time.
Georgie
Georgie is our family fur baby, she is a 5 year old Rottweiler. She is very good natured and loves all dogs and humans.
